代理之後,馬上收到回信,並且接到沛亨國際公司以電話道歉與
 
說明原委,說明那枝筆已經受到德國原廠注意並要求寄回德國
 
修理,所以才耽擱多日,並且說中間曾以 MAIL 告知,不過我並未
 
曾收到,所以現在就等本月德國寄回再說了!希望就此告一段落,

MY  CP-1 HAD SENT BACK TO YOUR COMPANY  FOR OVER A MONTH, BUT THERE IS NO ANY REPLY ABOUT IT, PLEAE TELL ME THE ACTUAL TIMING THAT IT WILL BACK TO ME,

 I HOPE YOU CAN GIVE ME A  NICE AND REASONABLE ANSWER TO RECREATE THE FAITH OF LAMY  IN MY MIND, AND ALL OF MY FRIENDS WHO LIKE TO COLLECT AND USE GOOD PENS LIKE LAMY IN THE WORLD! SOME OF MY FRIEND TOLD ME THE BEST WAY  OF YOUR COMPANY IS RESEND A BRAND NEW ONE BACK TO ME,

BUT, THIS IS NOT THE ANSWER WAHT  I  WANT, I  JUST  WANT A WELL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS LIKE MEIN TAIWAN!

 MAYBE I  AM ONE LONELY CUSTOMER IN TAIWAN, BUT,LAMY IS A FAMOUS PEN FACTORY IN THE WORLD, I HOPE IT WILL SURVIVE IN TAIWAN IN THE FUTURE FOR HIS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am taking care of our Chinese, Hong Kong and Macau markets, not Taiwan. It is why I refer you to Angela.
 
Since I do't have the pen in front of me, I shoudln't comment too much. But  it simply the end plug falling off from the barrel. It should be sent back to German head office for fixing it and you could use it again as per your common habit.

       這是我的 CP-1送修後,問題尚未解決的詢問,每個使用鋼筆的人都會把筆蓋插放在筆桿末端,
但是我的CP-1 在第二次使用後,要拔下筆蓋時, 仍然脫落,貴公司台中服務人員跟我說以後不能把筆蓋放在筆桿末端,因為會再發生,這樣的一枝新買的筆,而且還是世界名牌,竟是如此品質?

The picture I send is my  CP-1,I  use it  just for my collection fun of fountain pen, but ,at the 2nd time,it is out of work at the end of the barrel,it caught with the cap,as everyone knows,when writing the fountain pen, put the cap on the end is a practice for conveniece,but the Taiwan Lamy custom service did not try any efforts to avoid that end parts drop from the barrel again! just take it down and send back to me ,then told me not to put the cap again,it will happened again!
 
Please tell me what should I do now?

I live in Taiwan,and I bought a CP-1 black several months ago,it is my first LAMY,but,when I try to write it to feel the feeling of a LAMY fountain fen,and put the cap on the top of the barrel, but, when I did not writing and want to take down the cap from the end  of barrel,the cap caught the end-cap of the barrel down,and I sent it back to Taiwan Lamy for more than 2 months,then I took it back several days ago,but, the question still there,although the end-cap of the barrel had taken down,and the service center told me not to try to put the cap on the end-cap on the barrel,because the same question will happened again!  this is first time I ever heard about the kind of answer,if I want to take the end-cap down, it is simple for me, I do not need to waste several months waiting the repairment after I bought my pen for a week,I just want to have a traditional practice of writng fountain pen, put the cap on the end of barrel! that s all!if you wish, I can send  the picture to you!
